It's Sunday and that means it's time to join in with Sophie and her Flea Market finds, because there aren't any Flea Markets anywhere near where I live I'm going to call it My Vintage Finds is that's ok!
This week I found this old vintage Iron in a local second hand store for $20, I suspect that I was slightly overcharged but I really loved this little old Iron because at some stage after it's life as an Iron it was painted "Fire Engine Red" and now half of that paint has peeled off giving it an old rustic look. I love the fact that it isn't perfect, I might have to see if I can find a few more and start a little collection of these little beauties.
If you want to join in or just see some more Flea Market Finds head on over and Sophie, this week she has done something real special with an old Acme Sewing Cabinet!
I have something new to share tomorrow so be sure to check in for that!!

Wow.....I love this find. Red is one of my favourite colours. It's so unique....I must keep my eye out for one of these. Hope you are having a lovely weekend. Melinda xo
Do you think if you had a red iron to use it would make you iron faster? Just a thought - yours is really nice and probably a fair price I would think.
really cute, not a bad price for a bit of history.
I love your RED iron.
Melissa
What a fabulous iron! Would look great in a vintage style laundry, with a lovely old basket and wash bucket. Great find! Thanks so much for playing.
