This is me yesterday afternoon, sporting a new scarf which was given to me as a birthday present. It was taken 10 minutes after we saw our first two snakes for the season. Alfie was almost bitten as he tried to attack the snake back! We only got one of them so we'll have to watch out today for the other!
Sorry for the late post today.....I have been glued to the TV watching the first Chilean minor being brought to the surface........I shed a tear or two when he hugged his son for the first time, wow amazing stuff!

Ugh snakes... they scare me! Glad no one was bitten. I love your shot :-) and yes the miners rescue was very emotional :-)
Brrr... I wouldn't be smiling like that after a brush with a couple of snakes!
It was amazing watching the rescue. I'm so happy for all those people and their families.
