My Creative Space.

Today I'm taking things on the road. Ryan did really well at his School Athletics Carnival last Friday and is now eligible to compete at the Zone Athletics Carnival today. If yesterday is anything to go by it's going to be super cold and windy. I'm planning to get there nice and early so I can park right next to the oval where I'll be able to see everything from the comfort of my car. To keep my fingers busy between events I have packed a little basket with a few pincushions which need their base stitched on and a magazine to read.
I'll be listing a few of these in my madeit store very soon so keep an eye out for them if you're interested.

For more creative spaces head on over to kootoyoo and say hello.

That sounds like a lovely day (in the car, out of the wind with some craft and a mag) - enjoy!

Sounds like a very good idea!
We've been watching cross country running at school this week. Freezing! Hope you get some things done!

Have a good day hanging out doing some craft and reading. It's cold and windy here today so I'm staying inside trying to keep warm. Goodluck to your son!

Hi lovely lady, yes, sporty mum here too, only we run our regional at the AIS, so no view from the car park + we get to look into the sun all day, great!! My children torture me with every event from 800m run at the crack of dawn, to the relays in the afternoon, the last event. I'll have my basket of hand stitching next to my programme, 3 girls is over a dozen events, i'll have my son (too young to compete) to tell me when to look up, clap, cheer, wave & he can operate the camera. So proud. Good luck Ryan & stay warm Brenda. Love Posie

Thanks for visiting me :) Good thinking, on a windy day like today I'd definitely prefer to watch from the car too!

...oh, they look so cute tucked up in their basket & ready to travel, hope you had a good, cosy, productive day!

Nothing quite as productive as a day when you have nothing better to do than watch your kiddo run and craft it up. No pesky housework or internet to interfere or anything. Love the look of your basket.
