One down....

....and one to go!! Yay for me I finally finished this 100% wool blanket I've been working on for Megan. The worst part of it all was stitching in all the ends and joining all 100 squares.
To finish it off I did 3 rows of dc around the outside and for some funny reason it wants to curl up...maybe after I give it a bath in some wool wash it will flatten out. It's really heavy and great to snuggle into, and the final measurement turned out to be 150cm x 150cm. Now I have to finish Ryan's off......I've only got about another 50 squares to go.....wooohoooo!!!
Hope you are all having a great time through the school holidays.....even though it's a tad cold!!! My kids don't seem to feel it as much as I do, even as I sit here typing this post they are outside in the wind and rain doing something......maybe finding some more wood to build a fire with, as I said great entertainment and a great way to get your paddock cleaned up!!!
OK gotta go thanks for calling in.

I make rugs and beanies and things too...and also hat sewing in all the ends and sewing things together...its much more fun to do all the creating than to sew it together!
