Vintage Books.

I'm not in the habit of destroying beautiful old books but I was feeling a bit crafty.

 I've seen some beautifully folded books on someone's blog not too long ago, I really wanted to find those images again for a little inspiration but I can't for the life of me remember who it was.......so I got some stamps out insted.

This project is pretty slow going at the moment but I'm really enjoying the creativeness.

Yesterday I found these beautiful fabrics in an Etsy store, I couldn't resist I had to have them for a project I've been trying to find the right fabric for. I was a little hesitant at first because it's being shipped from the US and I think I'd cry if it got lost over the Atlantic somewhere, but hey, I thought it's worth taking a chance on so we'll see if it gets here......or not!

Today I went to a Stampin' Up demonstration which Jodi hosted, the stamps are gorgeous and I couldn't resist buying a few. I am so going to have some fun when I get my new stamps! Can't wait!

There were stamps for all occasions.....I bought some christmas ones as well so I could do my own cards this year.

That's about all I have energy for today.......maybe if I didn't stay up all night reading "New Moon" I wouldn't be so tired, early night tonight!

A little Inspiration

I've been pretty "naughty blogger" or should I say "bad blogger" of late so today I thought I would share a bit of inspiration.......for those of you who still visit me every now and then!!

This cute little birdy card I found in an Esty shop belonging to tiara tomato she has loads of handmade eco-friendly or recycled cards.....very cute.

These really cute and colorful fabrics were designed by Lizzy House.

All of these gorgeouse soft furnishings came from Runaway Coast.

Not sure where this funky rug came from but I thought the flowers were kinda fun.
Here is a little painting I did for Megan's room.....I'm having alot of fun with these at the moment and I might have some more to share with you at a later date.

Well that's about all I can manage today, it's been a huge day with Rugby and all so I think that I should go and get dinner started.
